  • Overcoming stifled growth

    This Fortune 100 global company launched a new sub-brand to expand services in an entirely new space, but research discovered the halo of the parent brand was overshadowing the sub-brand, creating confusion of the offering and limiting growth. Marketing was focused in the wrong place; they needed to capitalize on the existing value of the parent but focus comms on building true comprehension.

  • Rewriting rules of the category

    In order to take on much larger competition, a local financial institution needed to develop a new credit card portfolio that would become a driver of growth. Research showed rewards aren’t enough, we needed to make the entire card experience more rewarding, eliminate the gotchas, and empower cardholders to set their own terms.

  • Enter a new category

    This retailer wanted to expand offerings with a new ethical line of shoes to a subset of their Fashionista audience. These light green consumers weren’t looking for a deep environmental commitment, but wanted a “badge” that friends would notice, providing an opportunity for a premium line with environmentally-friendly materials and new designs.
